1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
200g beef stir-fry strips
200g pack tenderstem broccoli
1 onion, sliced
garlic clove, sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Cooking Tip
|
|
Beef stir-fry strips are convenient, but for the best flavour, slice your own steaks instead. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes, then cut into thin slices with a sharp knife.

1. Heat the wok until smoking, pour in the oil then add beef. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then tip onto a plate. 2. Add broccoli with a splash of water, then cook until broccoli turns bright green. 3. Add the onion and stiry-fry for 1 minute, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more. 4. Pour in the oyster sauce and 125ml water. Bring to the boil and cook until reduced to a sticky sauce. 5. Stir in the beef, along with any juices from the plate, then serve straight away.
