300g finest-rice flour
900g water
300g brown sugar
Red Bean Paste:
80g red beans
some water

If pudding is contained in big bowls, 20 minutes of remaining is needed.

1. Boil brown sugar with 300g water until dissolved, let cook. 2. Slightly rinse red beans, fill in water just over red beans; cook until soft. 3. Put finest-rice flour in sugar mixture; stir into thin paste. 4. Bring remaining water to the boil. Pour in paste slowly; stir constantly. 5. Put small bowls in steamer; steam over high heat for 1 minute and steam for further 2 minutes with paste added; put in some red beans and steam for another 6 minutes. Serve.
