2 eggs
80g flour
60g water
160g red bean paste

Fill pancake with red bean paste in wok.

1. Whisk eggs. Sift flour; mix with whisked eggs till creamy. Pour in water, whisk till smooth and creamy. 2. Heat oil in wok, spread oil well; remove from wok. Add dash of oil in wok; pour in flour mixture from wok edge, spread evenly and thinly in wok. Make sure it's not burnt. 3. Remove heat. Press red bean into rectangular shape and place on pancake. Wrap the whole into rectangular shape. 4. Add more oil, fry pancake until golden brown. Cut into pieces. Serve.
