Ingredients for Mango Pancake
|
1 egg
125g evaporated milk
50g flour
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
dash of icing sugar for decoration
For the fillings:
2 mangoes
some whipped cream

Directions for Mango Pancake
|
1. Whisk egg and sugar. Add in evaporated milk and flour respectively; stir till becoming batter. Mix with oil. 2. Heat saucepan and add a little oil. Spread a ladle of flour batter into the saucepan; pan-fry when becoming a thin pancake. Pan-fry 8 more pancakes by repeating the above steps. 3. Peel mangoes; slice. 4. Spread enough cream on; put mango slices on; wrap into long rolls. Dust with some icing sugar. Serve.
