Ingredients for Chestnuts with Chinese Cabbages Soup

 300g chestnuts

 300g Chinese cabbages

 1 carrot

 200g lean pork

 2 tbsp Chinese wolfberries

 1 slice ginger

 10 cups water


Directions for Chestnuts with Chinese Cabbages Soup

1. Rinse and peel chestnuts. Rinse Chinese cabbages.

2. Rinse carrot. Cut into thick pieces. Scald lean pork in boiling water. Set aside.

3. Bring water into boil, add all ingredients and cook for 1 hour. Add Chinese wolfberries to boil for 10 minutes, season to taste.
